Marilyn Adams Gets Her New Volvo at Willis
Rich Willis and representatives from Volvo presented Volvo for life winner Marilyn Adams with her new XC90 on May 1 at the Willis Auto Campus. As the Grand Award Winner of the 6th annual Volvo for life Awards, Marilyn will receive a new Volvo of her choice every three years for the rest of her life. After a tragic farm accident claimed the life of her son, Marilyn founded Farm Safety 4 Just Kids, a non-profit organization that promotes farm safety programs for rural families across the county. Willis Tees Up Support for May Golf Events
At last the grass is green and the sun is shining — which means it’s time to break out your sticks and hit the links. For you golfers out there, we have two exciting events coming up that our dealership is proud to again be supporting. The 11th Annual NKF Golf Classic will be held Monday, May 19th at Des Moines Golf and Country Club. This tournament benefits the National Kidney Foundation of Iowa. On May 28 through June 1 the Principal Charity Classic — Iowa’s premier golf event — will be held at Glen Oaks Country Club. As an annual stop on the PGA Champions Tour, the Principal Charity Classic will host 78 professional players competing for a $1.725 million purse.
