Hello {First_Name},

We want to take a moment and let you know that our hearts go out to all who were in the path of last week’s devastating floods in Eastern Iowa. Mickey Chrysler Dodge was not directly impacted, however, we want you to know that we are open and ready to help with all of your automotive needs.

Many water-damaged vehicles can be fixed while others are beyond repair. We invite you to bring your vehicle to Mickey Chrysler Dodge for an honest assessment from our service advisors. Our inventory was not damaged and we promise we will not sell flood-damaged vehicles. Whether it’s the service and repair of your vehicle or the purchase of a replacement vehicle, at Mickey we promise to help you with all of the hassles and paperwork while treating you with the dignity and respect you deserve. It’s our commitment to earn your business for a lifetime.

My father (Robert’s grandfather) Bob Mickey cared about this community. He would have loved seeing our town come together to help our friends and family in need. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in this. Please let us know if we can help.

Thinking of you,
Karen Mickey
President
